MOVING THE TEXT

Steps to move the text (generally the paragraphs),                

·    Block the text to be moved.              

·    Select Edit -> Cut (or press Ctrl+X).

·    Click in a new place, where the blocked text should appear

·    Select Edit -> Paste (or press Ctrl+V)             

COPYING THE TEXT

Steps to copy or duplicate the text,

·    Block the text to be copied.

·    Select Edit -> Copy (or press Ctrl+C).

·    Click in a new place, where the blocked text should be copied.

·    Select Edit -> Paste (or press Ctrl+V).

UNDO, REDO AND REPEAT

To undo the previous work select, Edit -> Undo or press Ctrl+Z.

To redo the previous action, select Edit -> Repeat or press Ctrl + Y.
